I would strongly suggest you  disable  the countries rather than delete them. Deleting stuff isn't a great idea ;-)  in phpmyadmin: UPDATE ps_country SET active = 0 WHERE iso_code NOT LIKE 'GB' Not that the above assumes that your table prefix is "ps_".
